This book is the latest evidence of those views. What is well known by those who have worked with her and is clearly evident in this book is that Monica Lee has learned a lot in her life. The unifying focus of these analyses is a detailed and forensic examination of the human condition.
Personally, I find little d-1pass-r I am truly grateful that Monica has decided to share her learning. Her work as represented by this book is in my view of inestimable value to those who study and practise HRD—and many beyond.
